I moved to Fergus 3 years ago. Before that time I avoided all home hardware stores; they were just sub-par. Dixon home hardware is a different story. This place is great. The staff are all fantastic. I just came on to check your hours - see you at 8!

This might be the best Home Hardware I've ever visited. They have an appropriate amount of staff on the floor, all of whom appeared to actually know what they were talking about and willing to assist. They had a decent inventory, although I found their prices were slightly higher than their competitors, but its a very reasonable trade-off for the great service they offered. Would definitely shop here again.

There are only two people working at this store that know ANYTHING about what's going on inside. Everytime I ask for help, it's a tag team to get to one of those two team members. Also, not being open for half the weekend is SUCH a disappointing move. I'll drive all the way to Guelph for a hardware store now. Smh.
