Waited an hour after the time appointment was set for. Haircut was very poorly done and unsymmetrical. Definitely going elsewhere next time.
The stylists are excellent in their roles and my hair cuts are always very nicely done. They are very patience and take their time to ensure the hair is done perfectly. But my issue with the salon is their lack of customer service. I have called multiple times for the last 3 days to try to book a hair appointment. I have left 2 voicemails and have had no returned calls. I have kept trying to call every 30 mins or so in hopes of reaching an actual person, but no such luck. How do you not return a customer's calls?! I understand that when they are busy with a client and unable to attend to incoming calls. But 3 days with no return calls after 2 voicemails is absolutely unacceptable. Please reflect on your customer service and replying to your customers in a diligent manner.
