I'd like to recognize the great service of a supervisor named Jean. I called the Fergus store today looking for help finding a transaction made before Christmas. I had lost my receipt and my local Canadian Tire was unable to locate the bill to process a refund. Jean was very friendly and helpful and sent me the information within a short period of time. I know what she did was out of the ordinary, but it saved me a 40 minute drive to Fergus. In a day where we are often greeted with rushed, rude and apathetic service, it was refreshing to have someone who obviously cares help me out. I hope that Jean can be recognized for her great customer service!

Great store. Didn't have the bbq charcoal I needed, but found a solution to my power steering box leak in both my 61 Buicks... I hope.. It says guaranteed to work
I have been shopping at this location for about two years and I have nothing but good things to say about this Canadian Tire location! I have had many interactions with staff at the auto parts desk and they go above and beyond to help me every time. The store seems to have stocked shelves more consistently than other locations and when they don't have something they come up with solutions as to where I can get the desired item. I don't know if its the atmosphere of a small town but everyone seems friendly and helpful. I enjoy visiting the store.
The service during this lockdown is great. Look online if the items are in stock, order and pick up the same day.
We don't get to visit the Fergus store often, but when we do, we've found that the service is consistently great, the floorplan is easily navigable and when we've requested assistance everyone has been helpful and invested in doing everything they can to make our experience great. The location is pretty well stocked, considering its size, and the multitude of services at this location make it a great location to visit when in the Fergus area. We enjoy dropping in here.
