Fenny Garage Ltd

Terribly dishonest company. I took my car to them in March 2020 as the engine started overheating. They got back to me and said the head gasket was 'gone' and told me my best option would be to scrap it, and seeming quite eager to 'help' me do this. I decided to get a second opinion from another garage, who told me my car was fine and that I just needed a new water tank. I was still a bit sceptical given what I'd previously been told by Fenny Garage, but I decided to chance it and paid for the repair. Several months down the line, my car works perfectly and has just passed its MOT with flying colours, meaning the diagnosis I was initially given by Fenny Garage was completely incorrect, and there was no head gasket issue to speak of. I'm utterly disgusted at the dishonesty and lack of professionalism demonstrated by Fenny Garage - had I listened to their 'advice', I would have ended up out of pocket due to scrapping a car and purchasing a replacement, both of which were completely unnecessary. It does make me wonder how much money I wasted previously paying them for 'repairs' which didn't need to be carried out. This is a company run by greedy, unsavory, unscrupulous characters who are not qualified to be running a garage... or any business at all, for that matter - avoid at all costs.

Nick and the team are brilliant! Won’t rip you off, friendly, honest service and a good price! The dealer wanted nearly 300 more for a job than these guys and they quoted the same parts!
