The Cottage is amazing. You get a nice pond view. A front deck, back porch with screen practices from mosquitos. The interior comes with an electric stove. Shower. A queen size been and a futon bed that can be converted to a sofa in the living room. You also get a private fishing pier behind the cottage with an amazing view.

Very well kept trail around pond apx 2.7 miles long. There is a new walking bridge being built on pond so very loud construction sounds like driving in steel pylons starting at 7am every morning so something to keep in mind if you don't care about a early start to you're day than no worries. The bridge is needed as to keep us from walking along road side. Bath house shows some age but was very clean and in working order and heated as well.

Beautiful State park. They have 10 cabins that sleep 4 with enough room for 2 air mattresses. Full bath w/shower, full kitchen with microwaves and fridge. Screened in front porch with furniture. Air conditioning. All cabins are handicapped equipped. Bathroom big enough to turn wheelchairs. Then you have BBQ, big firepit, picnic tables. The pond is big and beautiful, it is in the back of the cabins. One cabin is a bigger cabin that overlooks the pond. We had 9 cabins all together. The pond you can fish, kayak, Electric motor boat only, no gas powered boats in the pond. The kids swimed in the pond. It wasnt to bad in price 200.00 over labor day weekend, 3 nights.

Killens Pond State Park has nice nature trails that are easy for kids and adults of all ages. The kayaks and pedal boats are great and not expensive at all. You can't rent them everyday so make sure you go on a day that rentals are available if that's what you're planning to do. We went on a Tuesday and found out that the rental office is closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. So instead we spent time walking along a trail, which was great with the young kids we were with ranging in ages from 1 to 9 years old!
