Went here for a selection of decorating and building materials, staff are always really helpfull showing me where things are, and the girl on the till was so bright and bubbly, really nice at these troubled times

Selco builders warehouse is one of the biggest brands in building supplies, only registered trade and business can buy here, not open to the general public. This branch is well situated and boasts a good parking area. Cafè available.

Weronika was such a big help came into the shop not knowing what I needed nor where it was she surprised with her knowledge and also gave me great suggestions haven’t come such a great customer service in a long time.

Not too pleased with the Selco warehouse in Hanworth. Staff aren't there to help out readily and even if they are they do not go over and beyond to assist customers! Plus no aisle markings to know where stuff really is.. Also, they do not assist with cutting wood to size (unless you are a builder or experienced tradesman) especially when you need bespoke lengths.

I went with my wife to purchase 2 x 6’ x 6’ fence panels on Wednesday 9th September. Rossi volunteered to help us without being asked and lifted them from the stack onto our trolley, then met us at the checkout and helped us out to our hire van. Rossi struggled to get the panels on board and went for colleague Eugene to help and between them succeeded. We are very grateful for their help and Rossi’s customer care especially should be highlighted. Thank you
