It is positive in the way that it feels quite safe but not a very inspiring place after one visit. Plus there's quite a bit of dog mess around, which shows a slant towards people not caring for the area and for other users of the park. I found it a tiny bit intimidating due to it being dark and a large group of youths were drinking there. However they caused me no issues. Great for local people but not somewhere I would make any further effort to travel to!

The kids play area is very nice after the recent refurbishment. Very safe place and a convenient play area for those living around.
Much improved after refurbishment. Great for toddlers and young children.
