I had the Antiviral Flu Jab done at the farmacy in November 2020 and I did not feel any pain. At one point I asked if it will hurt... and the lady farmacist said I just took the niddle out... Very nice and polite all staff at Staines Boots Farmacy.

The service at bedfont boots has changed for the better in the past 3 months. Staff are nice and friendly and my prescription is always ready .. It's never been on time before. Great service . Thank you

The staff are generally really friendly but its starting to bug me that they never have my prescription ready. My doctor sent it over to them 3 days ago and thought I'd leave it a couple of days to give them time to sort out to be told they still haven't got it ready and need to wait a further 45mins for it. I get they are under staffed sometimes but this happens every time for almost a year, you need to sort this system out its appalling and frustrating. I suffer from really bad anxiety so had to leave and will have to come back again tomorrow now as started to feel anxious and have a child at home (luckily had a friend to watch them for me)
