Waited in queue which took 30 minutes (4 lorries with trailers) when it was my turn asked for unit only, was in the wash for a total of 10 minutes, On returning back to yard in Colchester still had a many soap marks all over cab with the back of unit un touched mudguards and chassis half done. Very poor wash yet again, won't be returning, improvement required

Ive been to the wash loads of times and there's always to poor lads sitting in the hut waiting for a colleague to get back from where ever he has gone! But overall a couple of good lads!
Booked in and waited. And waited. And when the lads finally got themselves off fantasy football I asked if they would give the insides of my doors a clean A quid, mate, quid a door so thats two quid, mate. So thats a no from me! Its not even their water or soap! Same bad attitude here as Whitwood.
Great set of lads and really polite staff . Only down side . its cash only
