I’ve recently purchased a property via Felicity J Lord Canary Wharf. On the day that I found my dream flat, I was interested in more than one property advertised for sale with Felicity J Lord. The estate agent that helped me, Daniel, showed me both properties the same afternoon, which was really helpful and it was great to have this flexibility, especially on a weekend. The viewings were conducted safely, with social distancing and guidelines being followed at all times. Daniel knew all of the key information you’d want at a viewing, such as details of the lease length and the service charges. As a first time buyer, a lot of this process was new to me but Daniel and Adam at Felicity J Lord have seen it all before- they knew what to expect, what was usual, what was not and were very responsive and proactive with communication to keep things moving forwards. I found it especially helpful to be able to get in touch with them after my working day had finished- being able to contact them at 6pm meant I was able to be proactive on things I needed to do from my side without losing time. There were moments when I thought it was going to be impossible to complete in line with the planned move date because of Covid and delays with my solicitor, but the direction from Felicity J Lord is what got things over the line exactly on time. I’m really pleased to have purchased my first home and I’m excited about making it my own. I’m not planning on needing the services of an estate agent again any time soon, but should my situation change, I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Felicity J Lord and appoint them to sell the flat on my behalf- they get the job done!

My partner and I primarily interacted with Daniel Derbyshire from the FJLord team. We were both extremely satisfied and happy with the services provided by him. He has shown right balance between representing the seller and us, which was great as we were first time buyers. Always reachable, swift response and great work ethic.
