Even though there was a language barrier. It was late and we were in need of food. Couldn't understand the menu but managed to get some lovely food. Waitress was very helpful and food was quick and lovely. Would go again

The restaurant downstairs is actually quite good. However, the condition of the hotel upstairs is another matter entirely. The room itself was clean and tidy. Unfortunately, smoking in the rooms is overlooked, it was like sleeping in a smokey bar. There is only one toilet and shower per floor, which is cleaned only once a day. On one occasion it was necessary to use a toilet on another floor as the one on my floor was so badly soiled. There was mould on the ceiling in the shower and all the bathroom windows were boarded up. Some of the doors had been kicked in and roughly repaired. Wished I'd stayed on the campsite, even though it was pouring with rain. I have stayed in much nicer hotels for less money. Grim, is the only way to describe it.
The jagerschnitzel was good, but nothing special.
