I had a really great consultation with Susan. Not only did she guide and advice me on the nutritional changes and supplements that would benefit my body, but I also left her space feeling lighter emotionally and spiritually. I was bit stuck in that rut where I couldn't seem to get muster the energy or have the resolve to clean up my diet and better my health.
