Furniture is of great quality and looks fabulous. Am really happy with the choice I made - there was certainly lots to choose from! Sanjay Joshi at FCI London was great in advising me on what would work for the space I had and look aesthetically pleasing, and was really knowledgeable about all the furniture. Thanks for being so patient with me, and working with me! Am really very happy with the purchase, it’s perfect for my home. Delivery team did a fab job and were efficient (and no mess or boxes left behind which was great). I will definitely recommend FCI London to family and friends (in fact I myself bought via a recommendation from friends/family!)

I ordered a few furniture for our new house via FCI and are very pleased with them. Benjamin helped me throughout the ordering process. He was very helpful in giving ideas what will be matched for the whole interior design and explaining to me the selection of materials for each supplier. We had a bit problem in our dinning table light: our skylights are in the tricky position that restrict the selection of lighting. Ben proactively asked the supplier to ask for the bespoke of the cable position, we really appreciate it and the lights look fabulous in our dinning area. Thank you so much! Although there is a little delay in delivery due to the COVID, Joanna in logistics team arranged everything nicely and her delivery guy installed everything perfectly. Really appreciate that. We have a bit issue with the chair and sofa, Ben got customer service team involved. Since there is a delay in the supplier side, we haven't got it resolved. But so far the conversation went smoothly, we are sure it will be done shortly.

FCI was an amazing shopping experience. Stella was focused on helping us find exactly the right sofas for our living room. I loved the process as there was no attempt to upsell nor overspend vs what we wanted. Instead Stella encouraged us not to go for the most expensive leather choice as she explained what type of care and issues that may have. That was invaluable advise as our kids could then enjoy the furniture for proper use rather than it becoming an expensive showcase in the house. After sales service was great with frequent updates and the sofas even arriving 4 weeks ahead of planned date just before Xmas :-). Would highly recommend for both high quality furniture and super customer service with a smile.

We are thrilled with our new table. Only FCI had exactly what we wanted; an extending table that was sufficiently compact to not swamp our living space, but extending easily to seat 12 -14 guests without anyone's comfort being cramped by a leg or centrepiece. The ceramic top means that we have less worry about heat damage, although it is noisier than a wooden top. The service was professional and the delivery efficient, coming 3 days earlier than we expected. We can't wait to be able to entertain our family and friends in style and comfort!
