They came and done my yard twice now. After 3 months I have grass all in random spots and there work looks like trash. I would never hire them to work on my yard. I will be doing it myself the right way next spring. Look for another lawn company poor job.

Never used them for landscaping, but they need to teach their people how to park responsibly. At the Bojangles in Knightdale, NC and these idiots just took up several front door parking places like the owned it. One truck parked around back like most big trucks do here. Believe this - if they parked like this in front of a business I owned, they would be towed. Complete DB's.
Great landscaping...5/5 I would recommend snows
We have a very busy life... I called for an estimate on having our lawn care services taken care of, to help free us up for more family time. We had great service from Sue that answered the phone, Adam and Jordan getting us an estimate and getting our services scheduled. They are always on time to our home and do an excellent job! The guys that come out are always friendly and leave our yard looking great! I never have to worry about when we will find time to cut the grass again!
Our neighborhood uses Snow’s for landscaping in the communal areas and medians (which our HOA fees pay for), and I noticed that they spray weed-killing chemicals on the medians where we walk our dogs. I called to request that they put out some sort of signage to indicate when it’s been sprayed (and when it will be safe to walk on again). The lady that I spoke with said she would talk to the owner and he would get back with me. It’s been 2 weeks now and no response. The people in this neighborhood take the safety of our pets seriously, and if the safety of our pets doesn’t matter to Snow’s then we’ve agreed to speak to the HOA about transferring services to another landscaping company.
