Every bad customer service ever rude to my party Here’s the story line at 8:56 we ordered a drink we denied at 9:01 due to a Rude manager they also was too eager to let us now to be out of the building by 10 o’clock then by 915 still waiting on food also rude add considered a waitress..... our food was not at our table until 935 Appetizer was not good very watery food was not very appetizing We felt like we were had to rush to finish eating I food to be out by 10 I will recommend finding another seafood spot or a nice date night red lobster is not it
Came here for our anniversary and we were nothing but disappointed. We waited over an hour to be seated, my salad came out warm and tasted like literal dirt, my husband ordered the Nashville shrimp and the plate was literally DOUSED in honey. I mean they had to have poured half a bottle of honey on the plate, like... really? A drizzle means LIGHT not drenched. Not to mention he didn’t even get his side of fries and when he asked for them they were hard and gross. My shrimp was soggy and my mashed potatoes were COLD!! Definitely ruined our anniversary. I’m just glad I didn’t get food poisoning considering I’m pregnant. Please do better. The only good thing about our experience were the servers and my strawberry lemonade. We will NOT be coming back and will definitely recommend people to not come here.
I ordered curbside pick up lastnight and the service was quick. My issue was that the crab we ordered was tasteless, like someone just boiled it in water and didnt add nothing to it. Spent 20 something dollars for crab legs that was horrible.
The new Lump Crab Cakes are fantastic. Not too crowded and our waitress Allana was great.
