We have a membership here for indoor baseball and softball practice in fall and winter. We also use the personal trainer, JD, for hitting and fielding lessons. JD does a great job with boys any age. The prior trainer, Coach Tim, is a wonderful person, one of the best men I've met. So, I wanted my son to learn the game from him. Even now that Tim has retired from training, I still take my son to JD, who Tim highly recommended. If you need hitting or fielding lessons, look no further.

My 10 and 7 year olds had nothing but great things to say about Coach JD. He's definitely fine tuning thier hitting and throwing.

My daughter is a lacrosse goalie and her coach worked with her here in the cages for an hour and we had a fantastic experience. We will be back.
This place is a rip off 25 dollars for a half of hour and 35 for a hour
