Very disappointed with weather world. Installers turned up an hour late to change over evap cooler. Nobody answered the number i was given for the operations team when trying to find out where the installers were. The installers left a offcuts and rubbish in my roof gutters and bits of plastic on roof tiles and a 1.5m length of pvc pipe in the roof gutters which i thought was rather unprofessional. Once they had finished the job they turned the fan on max and blew all the dust and dirt throughout my house. Leaving us to spend hours cleaning up and changing linen on beds. Would not recommended!
After having our A/C installed by Weatherworld just before Christmas I can recommend their services. They are professional, efficient and thorough. Originally we ordered a Daikan multil split system but was informed a week later that they couldn't get stock in 2020. They asked us if we would like to change the brand in order to get the system installed before the end of 2020. We decided to do that. They also couldn't make their first scheduled install date due to taking longer on the previous job. This was a bit of a hassle but they kept us informed and booked another date a week later. This time they were on time and did what looks like a very good job. No damage to the roof or gutters, clean work inside and out. The installers were polite, quick and professional. All in all a good experience because of the quality of work and their communication when things didn't go to plan.
