Terrible experience at Repco Fawkner - very similar to another poster. I waited in line patiently while the two customer service reps served other customers. However, once they finished with them, neither of them ever made any effort to acknowledge that I was waiting there to pay for my item or to let me know that they will be a few minutes. Instead of serving me next, they decide to pretend like I was not there and continued fulfilling an online order. I left the item behind and decided to walk out and purchase elsewhere. You have lost a local customer and business.

I normally am happy with the service at Repco but felt let down on my last visit to this store. I waited patiently in line while the staff attended to another customer and was on the phone to another customer for about 30 minutes while another 2 staff completely ignored me and at least 2 other customers also waiting behind me. Anyway when I finally got some attention my enquiry about a timing belt kit was not answered adequately and seemed to be an inconvenience to the sales staff who after making me wait for so long just wanted to quickly serve the now growing line of customers. The dissatisfaction of my experience at this store was so great that I drove to another store where after a brief discussion about the timing belt kit with someone who cared about my concerns and answered my questions I bought the kit at a cost of around 600. In short I will not shop at Repco Fawkner again in the forseeable future.
It's a bit hard to find because the logo is hidden behind a tree. If you don't know where it is, chances are, you'll either miss it or are going to have to make an abrupt brake. Otherwise, amazing store and very helpful staff
Located along Sydney Rd. Not much carpark space. There is some good sales item here at the counter checkout sometimes.
No enough staff to assist you sometimes but good store where you can find your car needs
