Very poor service. Orders were taken wrongly. Took more than half an hour for 2 pcs of half chicken to cook and prepare for takeaway. When food is finally ready, it was packed without sauces and chicken was cold! Apparently it was left on the bench as servers were too busy taking WRONG orders. Such a disappointment!

Taste is the same everywhere. However this outlet gets full stars cause they are FAST. They always ask me when I would be there and not once have I had to wait. To make things even hotter, they are very generous with the amount of sauce sachets they give.
Would honestly leave 0 if it was possible! The staff here are just useless and their inability to speak and understand coherent English makes it even worse. The same bad staff and the same bad service. My order has been made wrong that many times I’ve now lost count! Don’t understand how Nandos can franchise to these sorts of staff and sacrifice their reputation. Further the restaurant itself is tiny with hardly any seating and the toilets are gross. Don’t bother with this terrible excuse of a Nandos that should have been shut down ages ago!!
SO incompetent! Instead of bringing out my chips voucher order, the guy said he applied a discount instead. Did i ask for a freakin' discount? No! He brings out wraps instead of burgers, but we eat it anyway so as not to waste food. The ladies on the table near me had a Coke instead of Coke Zero brought out, and a meat burger instead of a vegie burger! I feel sorry for the take away orders who left without checking their bags!
Good place for small family. Good service in restaurant but they don't pick up the phone often for pick up orders
