Super happy with Sam and Lea from start to finish. Chose them after reading all the positive reviews as a second opinion and man.. did they deliver. From making the booking, Lea knew her stuff and was very reassuring explaining the whole process and when Sam turned up, went exactly how she said it would. No hidden costs or agendas, just straight up good old fashioned service. Very easy to understand and relaxed experience. If I could give these guys 100 stars I would. Highly recommended!! Never go to this bloody guy. At the point he qoutes you different price but when he fix the car he ll charge you different price. It happen with me a week ago. Dont put yourself into a scam. Thanks
these people are great did a inspection for me as I live in Perth and couldn't see the car in Melbourne THEY WERE GREAT,LEA AND SAM WERE FAST FREINDLY AND TALK ABOUT SPOT ON IF I COULD LEAVE TEN STARS I WOULD!!!,ANY ONE THAT WANTS TO USE THERE SERVICE WOULD BE VERY VERY HAPPY......
I found them a very professional repair service. Within a week i got both our cars serviced by Chris at a very competive prices but the best thing is their professionalism and courtesy. Pre-purchase inspection, Sam was given the wrong phone number so he could not contact me while he was viewing the car. The report was fairly accurate however I would have like to speak with Sam while he was at the car

Got alternator changeover today took 90 mins to complete did a very good job and the employee who did the job whos name was Sam was very polite and had a good chat with him recomend him to anyone,thankyou safe lube mobile mechanics top job
Really bad customer service, always get a written quote because after they rip you off. Already ripped of and been to consumer's affair.
