What a worst service ever and food missing from the order. 1 hr delay in food. Dont waste your time and money
I went to the KFC Fawkner with my family. Here are my observations: 1. the place was not clean, there was too much smoke so I had to send my family back to the car as we decided to take away instead of dining in. 2. the staff were shouting amongst each other to call out order numbers / items 3. I ordered three items a) a tower box, b) a dinner box, c) a zinger box. 4. The order I received was as follows (one of the boxes was torn): \u003ea) Tower box: the chicken piece and the chicken popcorn were missing \u003eb) Zinger box: there were no wicked wings. instead it had normal chicken wings. \u003ec) Dinner box: all pieces were chicken wings. What about the normal chicken pieces (leg or a thigh)? All wings, seriously ? I bought the meal back home and found the meal was missing items, and the pieces combination was not right. All the pieces (all wings since the normal pieces were not given), were dry, hard and overcooked and felt burnt. The customer experience was extremely poor and the food received after waiting for the order, was now missing chicken items in the box and was just not good. It was an embarrassment. I've already filed a complaint on the website 'Rebecca - Customer Service' has given in the comments below. The least the staff can do is take a second to confirm whether they actually have the items in the box of not before giving it away to a waiting customer.
Shocking KFC branch. Multiple times have we ordered from this chain a good hour or so prior to the store closing, having our order be accepted and show the ‘preparing’ notification in app, only for it to be cancelled not long after. Thanks for wasting our money repeatedly, we will not be ordering a large meal of disappointment from here again. Don’t waste your time.
The chicken was nicely cooked not under cooked like most other kfcs
Ordered being outside KFC through mobile. When the order was ready 3 things were missing. Ordered wings they gave us chicken pieces. You have to go again and again to ask for things... straws, spoons etc. Frech fries were half fried. Only two order were in line, but still we got ours in 20min
