I recently purchased a full en-suite set for a bathroom renovation at my home and was served by Lance. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was delighted to have his help as outstanding customer service these days can be rare. He made the process very simple and helped me think of things I never would have. I highly recommend Highgrove bathrooms as the quality of things far out way the competitors and the price is excellent value for money. I will certainly be back for all my bathroom needs when I renovate my second bathroom. Thanks again Lance for your help! You are the best!

Very bad experience with the Fawkner store and will be sharing this story to many other community pages and to other customers to save their hard earned money . We were planning to renovate the bathroom and kitchen, the first thing bought from them was a toilet for 250, first discussed over the phone, then went in the store and relied on their expert opinion, showed pictures and were told to buy this, after buying plumber told that this is a wrong fit and this store has done many time like this, went next day to return and RAJ and Lance both instead of helping and finding the solution, became aggressive and asked for a plastic wrap around the toilet which was not there on the first place, and then found a mark(which was cleaned I checked at home after) they refused to return or give any store credit, This mark could be when they were transferring the seat from the car, it was heavy and the guy was struggling and dragging it. Very negative attitude and didn't feel anymore going there and will be sharing this experience. Lesson learnt, always to go to the big stores like Bunninng, etc, at least they have a system in place and they do listen and are cooperative, buying all other material from bunnings now. Please dong go to this Fawkner branch , aggressive and negative staff, Raj and Lance, waste of my 250 in Covid situation when its hard to earn already. I do not want a 50 credit I want my item to be returned!
We are currently renovating our bathroom and as someone with no experience I put my trust in Highgrove Bathrooms to assist me with choosing all the fittings. I was lucky enough to get approached by Lance at the Fawkner branch as soon as I entered the store and he was outstanding to deal with. He asked questions I wouldn’t have thought of and made it possible for me to have everything ready for my builder. Lance was friendly, professional and showed a real care factor. Prices are extremely competitive for a beautiful product. Couldn’t be happier and will be back later in the year when we do our next bathroom
We were very happy with the customer service at Highgrove Fawkner. Lance was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I visited the store many times with questions and the team was always ready to answer all my queries. The range is modern, functional and affordable. So happy to have found this store - will definitely return when we renovate our second bathroom.
