The staff is so rude and arrogant they don’t care about your problems so please don’t go to Fawkner chiropractor centre they are so rude and especially if you are from other race they gonna keep poke on you about that so better think first before go over there.

I attended John's chiro service over the space of 4 months in 2020. The relief I got from the service helped with pain and mobility. However upon requesting all my relivant documentation of my visits regarding a workplace injury claim, John refused to give them to me with no good reason besides "he couldn't be bothered". I tried over the space of 4 weeks to politely request my paperwork to aid my workplace claim. John deliberately failed to produce my documents, by choice, therefore leading to the rejection of my workplace injury claim due to "insufficient evidence" I am now out of work, he cost me substantial money with a promise of it being paid back through the workplace and now I cannot get the help I need due to John sabotaging my claim. John is here to help himself, not his clients and I do not recommend this service to ANYONE and I for one will never return to John's clinic. I've never been more disappointed with service nor with a person in such a personal level. This man has literally, knowingly chosen to ruin my life as I know it all while smiling at me from behind his desk. Thanks John, you're a real stand up guy.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Richardson, I get back and neck pain on occasions and the only relief from it is when I go and get treated by Dr Richardson. There has been a couple of occasions that Dr Richardson has gone out of his way to get me out of pain and for that I am very grateful. Highly Recommended
Dr Richardson has helped me enormously with my low back pain. I'd had constant pain for the last couple of years; was contemplating giving up golf. Dr Richardson has got my low back out of pain and moving again. I am now able to exercise regularly again. I highly recommend him.
