The receptionist just doesn't care about anything, she is an elderly woman that doesn't stop to look at the screen and say you: yes, yes, please wait. My nephew was bitten by a spider, just want to check if it is an emergency or not, rushed to another place, never returning back.

The receptionist has very bad attitude towards others. She has problem with everyone for no reasons .
To the receptionist, your lack of human decency and care when I came in with urgency to tell you a elderly man had fallen of his motorised scooter and had a head streaming with blood and possible concussion is astounding. He was across the road with a frenzy of people who cared for him - all strangers to him. Yet you the one with a responsibility and liability of care who can have an impact on the situation, blatenly and disrespectfully declined any offer for help - instead rudely responding with “we are busy and we aren’t an emerency room”. Then when we brought him in anyway despite your disgusting attitude....you insisted to tell us that there wasn’t any appointments for him. You are a disgrace. And you are the reason your medical facility has such a bad name around the area. Thankyou for absolutely nothing.
i havent been here in a while: so i was greeted by a renovated clinic, looked great! i walked in and i was greeted by the elderly lady receptionist, it was quite obvious english wasnt her first or second language as i had to repeat myself multiple times. i proceeded to wait my turn to see what i assumed to be a professional doctor at the time (N.Minas). i walked into his room and was comforted by the fact; although the clinic has been renovated his room is the same as 10 years ago. I continued to talk to the doctor about my reasons for my visit. however he seemed less interested in anything other than one, i assumed his old age required me to repeat myself as i did with the receptionist. after we got the first issue resolved, the doctor "advised" me in a condescending tone that since my visit only covered one consultation i must come tomorrow for my other reason. i pointed out the obvious flaw in his logic and the legality of it all. he decided to mock my gestures ascending his tone, for a so called professional he was anything but. i advised him of his legal and ethical obligations to clients but he seemed less interested in that than when i pointed out the flaws in his thinking process. i decided to remove myself from his ignorant and narcissistic demeanor before the issue escalated further. needless to say this clinic was anything but helpful, english is not prominent here and it seems neither is intelligent life. be warned. p.s dr minas handwriting is not legible by any means! i had to get my paperwork done elsewhere! p.p.s before going into the clinic i tried talking to the receptionist over the phone but she abruptly hung the phone mid conversation i noticed this first hand inside the clinic.
Receptionist has issues. Finally got through after ringing 4 times, only for her to hang up on me.
Terrible receptionist behaviour. Terrible waiting times. I Vouch not to go back
