Showed up close to 1pm today. Door was locked. Sign on door stated they can only have a max of 3 people waiting inside and to wait patiently. I waited until 1.15pm. No one came out so I gave up and got back in the car. I tried to call them but the phone line didn't even ring. As I drove out of the parking area, I see the Dorovitch person returning to the clinic in a Dorovitch car. He probably went to lunch. Couldn't even bothered to leave a sign on the door telling people no one was there. Such complete disregard for clients and so unprofessional. I went during my lunch break. Wasted my lunch break and didn't even get a blood test. Dorovitch clearly don't care about their brand at all.
