I really enjoyed my first visit with Abby, Osteopath today. She is very professional and amiable. Really helped with loosening up tense and taut muscles. Definitely going back. The clinic was actually amazing in practising social distancing - no waiting room patients. You wait in the car till you are texted to go in. Pretty nifty.

Avoid - Fawkner practice does not have a physio, only an Osteo (despite the name). They tried to convince me they were the same thing (they are not) to get my business. I did decide to give the Osteo a go and during our session she began to dry needle my back without asking if I wanted this or was okay with this. Not good informed consent practise. I sent them detailed feedback afterwards via email, only to receive no apology but to tell me that they had never received a complaint before. Overall a weird and distressing experience with this clinic.
