Worst post office ever I’ve been to. They just refused me entry because I am literally 1 minute late than closing time. I’m part a of business where we don’t mind welcoming if someone comes in before we close even few minutes late than closing time. If you don’t want more customer and make less money then no problem. I would recommend more people not to come to your business. There are plenty of post offices around.

Super rude and unhelpful, got mad at me for the delivery card not having my last name on it as if that's in my control. When I tried to ask for further help they dismissed me and essentially refused to help.
I've been calling the store over a dozen times in the past hour trying to sort out a package they apparently have of mine, no answering machine or answer yet! Appalling
Good job in having both staffs who are culturally insensitive, which is offensive to me, in a simple task at verifying foreign passport, to which was coupled with my other primary and secondary proof of identity documents showing the same person. Zero effort for being helpful in resolving this. Please train your staffs to know the order of name other country adopts, otherwise they might as well take out foreign passport as a form of primary document for proof of identity. Offended to say the least. Wasted my time. *Update: The following weekend went to the Post Office in the city, provided the exact same document expecting for another bout, but was done in a matter of minutes! Ha!
Very nice friendly staff, one of the better post office to deal with. Auspost as a company tho...worst.
