Great place to visit. They show you how the cheese is made, all hand made. Our second Christmas visit now lovely cheeses to buy and lots of gift ideas.also some beautiful pottery. Chutney, pickles juices good foodie gift ideas Cheeses are very good .they will let you taste and mulled wine and mince pie while your browsing .

Really nice cheeses ... So for our wedding we had an Ashmore Cheese wedding cake...Farmhouse Cheddar, a Canterbury Cobble and a Kentish Blue, decorated with some nice goat cheese hearts. The guest loved it and more important we loved it and ate quite a lot of it!
