A truly awesome pizza restaurant in the heart of Brighton's North Lane Bazaar. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The pizza is fluffy and delicious, made in a proper pizza oven so it has charred edges. Quality typical and unusual toppings with specials that change with the seasons. Absolutely lovable.
Love, love, loved our pizzas last night. Perfectly cooked sour dough pizzas just the way we like them. Washed down with a few good glasses of wine & bottles of beers. Just wished you were closer to where we live. Thank you!
I've been many, many times. Great place to get a sour dough base pizza, would definitely recommend. A lovely atmosphere with friendly staff. The only negatives I could think of is that the street outside can get extremely busy if you are looking to be in a COVID friendly environment. And sometimes the wait for food/service is a little bit too long. Otherwise I've only ever had great experiences.
Have you been to a Franco Manca? You probably have. Picture that, but even better. That’s how I’d sum up Fatto a Mano. The pizzas from this place were simply superb, with such fierce flavours.
