This is the worst store in this mall. Today at 3.30 pm I came here to buy an eye shadow, I was about to pick it up and it wasn’t placed well on the shelf and it fell down. It wasn’t my fault! The store clerk (has black hair) made me buy it even though it wasn’t my fault. On top of that she didn’t speak English and kept speaking to me in Turkish. She also kept putting it into my hands. Ridiculous and beyond rude!!! This ruined my day and my experience here in Turkey. I am never coming back!
