Really good with nice staff and clean rooms and free morning breakfast
Worst hotel ever. Rooms are too small, the bathroom was also bad (with strange sandals left inside). The towels were very old. The lights were broken, the air conditioning either cools too much and you turn it off and it gets too hot. The bed was making noise and we could hear everything that was happening in the corridor and in the other rooms. Breakfast - there were only two types of olives, some salame (cut in different sizes), cucumbers, tomatoes, boiled eggs and tea/coffee. At the end, they made us pay ONLY in USD, not even with a card, and when asked for the receipt, they reacted strangely and the reception gave me a small piece of paper where he wrote the amount I had just paid him. To sum up, the worst hotel, even considering that the Aksaray neighbourhood is not one of the nicest, 40 per night for a room in this hotel is a robbery.
One of the worst hotel ever, cleanliness, old , the rooms are really small ,and most importantly they give mad attitude. So I wouldn’t even recommend it to my enemy.
Awful rude staff not clean no fare value
Worst hotel of my life. Before I check in the hotel I asked they must give a person to bring my luggeges which was just 3-4 buildings after. After receiving the security money they said they will not bring the luggeges. Next I asked 1 extra pillow & 2 extra bed sheet (as the blanket was dirty, we have to use bed sheet).. They said yes and asked me to wait... So I waited for 2 days.. Then checked out. Manager was a dummy doll.. A mustashe guy was the boss. He sneaks every word that customers r talking with manager, give his decision right away very rudely... As in these area they don't know about star meaning of hotels.. Worst worst worst
Dirty rooms . Bathroom. Slow unstable wifi network. Bad reception and worker stuff
