Its nice and economical hotel. Staff is quite cooperative and try to listen & manage the customers' requirements. One can also leave their extra luggage with them, as we did, while leaving for another city. Location is also good in the Sultanahmet area. 100 meters away, there is a grocery shop too. Breakfast is optional. We booked online but paid at the property.

Tragic! They cancelled our reservation with any explanation even if we called 2 times for confirmation and send an e-mail for our arrival time. They said that the reservation was valid until 1 pm, the chek in time!!!! As a compensation they offered us a pigsty full off mold and they named it "suite" . Of course we did not stay they. I could not recommend it neither to my worst enemy!

In short, It's hard to recommend this hotel. Pros: The location was great: just 5 minutes from the center and the price was just 13 per night. The staff is friendly and knows English and Russian well. Cons: 1) It was hard to find hotel location as a pin on the map is placed incorrectly, in fact, reception is located inside of Ayasofya Hotel Istanbul on the parallel street, as it was mentioned on the street plate. 2) Room didn't have Wi-Fi all 4 days even though it was included in room facilities and staff explained it with technical issues, offering Wi-Fi in the lobby. 3) Bed linen was dirty and pillows were without a pillowcase. Staff gave it just in the evening after we have asked several times. 4) This hotel doesn't offer currency exchange on site as it's mentioned in the description.

Das schlechteste Hotel in dem Ich jemals war. Hatten die nacht für 15 gebucht und selbst das hat sich nicht gelohnt. So dreckig und so unfreundliches Personal. Ich hab direkt über Booking.com bezahlt, als ich dort angereist bin meinten die es ist keine Zahlung eingegangen ich muss vor Ort bezahlen. Ich kenne diese Tricks und habe dort eine halbe Stunde diskutiert nachts um 1 Uhr bis sie dann meinten: sie haben es übersehen. Dann hieß es anschließend es gibt ein Rohrbruch sie können uns das Zimmer nicht geben und müssten uns für 2 Tage ein anderes Hotel geben. Das Hotel war genau gegenüber durch eine Holztür was nicht als Hotel gekennzeichnet war. So dreckig überall liegen Haare überall ist Schimmel. Ich weiß nicht warum es noch auf diversen Seiten angeboten wird. Ihr macht einen großen Fehler wenn ihr dort hingeht

За свои деньги не плохой вариант. Из минусов, фотографии на букинге не соответствуют реальности. Номера довольно старые без какого-то ремонта. Звукоизоляция плохая. Зимой довольно прохладно, отапливается от кондиционера. Интернета нету, есть только в соседнем здании на ресепшене (это один и тот же отель). За пять дней прибывания номера ниразу не убирались, заправляли только кровать. Полотенца и постельное тоже не менялось. Выводы: как дешовый вариант сойдёт, если нужен комфорт то это не тот вариант.

Ilkonce girisinde Eldorado yazan bir otel ararsaniz bulamazsiniz. Ayasofya otel olarak yaziyor. Yonetim profosyenellikten cok uzak. Klasik esnaf agzi konusmalar ve muamele. 3 binada calisiyorlar. Sizi her hangi birine yonlendirebilirler. Kahvalti 0. Masalar temizlenmiyor. Kendiniz temizleyip bulabilirseniz bos bir yere oturuyorsunuz. Odamizda temizlik yapilmadi. Mecbur kalmazsaniz kesinlikle kalmayin.
