I’ve lived in York for 35 years and never knew this was a shop. What an amazing find a real Aladin’s cave. No more large DIY chains for me. I can highly recommend this shop to any trade or DIYer.

Old school courtesy from a ‘new school’ hardware specialist. I could not have asked for better service, advice and communication. From being sent scanned product pictures to advising when the products will arrive. I’ve been teaching Customer Relationship Management for over 30 years and this ranks amongst the best.
