Had MOT & Service, warned of tyres running low of tread still legal, informed me of how many miles roughly left instead of the pushy sales pitch, let me sort it out myself. I trust when something needs replacing then it needs doing. Just inform them when you drop the car off that before any additional work is to be done to contact you first.
