Farsight Recruitment Ltd

I have worked for Farsight since April 2011 doing various roles within the company. Having worked my way up from an apprentice I know every aspect of the job, from what details we take from our clients to how we select the best quality candidates for the jobs. Unlike many similar companies, Farsight have a truly open and honest approach; transparency is a key factor of the way Farsight work because it’s so unusual in this industry for a company to be this way. This is only one of our unique features, we also have a strict vetting process including reference checks and a call back from the consultant to check all the job details. This allows us to not only make sure the candidate is right for the client, but the job role is exactly what the candidate is looking for so there’s no surprises. Farsight is a fantastic company to work for, not only for us in the office but we often get candidates call up to tell us how different we are and how much they like working with us. People know what to expect with us because if we say we’ll do something, we do it. Our processes work and, although things aren’t easy here, the fast paced environment bring out the best in the whole team, everyone strives to be the best they can be at their jobs because they want to do well knowing they’ve got a long career ahead at this excellent company.

Always had a good experience when working with Farsight. Heather McDonald's knowledge and attitude has always been appreciated. She has managed to provide us quality staff within a day's notice and is always upfront with details. I can't recommend their services enough.

Be aware of this agency. They advertise a job to get you to sign up with them. Sent all details and signed papers only for them to say the jobs been filled. They just play with peoples lives to make them look good that they've signed some one else up.
