Best place ever for Portuguese dinner. I went twice cause I wanted to try more items and they where all so delicious. Not over priced and not a „tourist restaurant“.

Staff were attentive to lay table with plates, cutlery, glasses and menu, then walked away. After 20 minutes and seeing a couple who arrived 10 minutes after us with drinks on table, we got up and left. Maybe if they were better at service they would keep their customers. Found a faster, polite restaurant and had food on our table within 15 minutes round the corner.

Very good food and wine at a fair price. I was amazed by the codfish cataplana. The service was also really nice. I definitely recommend the restaurant.

Best place. Fish meat salads deserts - all excellent. Not tourist prices. Service excellent - very professional family run business (and King!) Will be visiting here every time I return to the area. I made a special trip here for lunch today on the way back to Lisbon because the dinner was so good the other night. Love love love it!! Thank you!

Popular with locals apparently and locations is nice. We like the place so we decided to have a go and it wasn’t bad. Typical Portuguese food. If in Porto I ll go again.

Family owned and run restaurant that provides excellent food at bargain prices. We opted for the \tourist menu\ at 15 euros. That included: Soup of the day Olives Salad Main (meat/fish) with sides Coffee Drink (includes alcohol) Dessert Yes. All for 15. As you can see from the pictures this is alot of food for a low price. And I failed to mention, the food was excellent. The fish was prepared perfectly and the food well seasoned. Would highly recommend.

I do not recommend this restaurant to anybody, I personally have worked in there as summer work while studying and they had a really bad service, rude owner, she does not pay any taxes about the money she earns in the restaurant.. she will never give a receipt, even if she could earn more than 10000 euros every day, she will pay everyday to the waiters always in cash, so there's no taxation. They have cookroaches in the kitchen and is discussing.. almost never cleaned, people don't imagine how dirty the place. We used to make people wait more than 1 hour because we had more people than we could handle because the owner that is a rude old crazy women and money addicted.

What an amazing find nestled in the Old Town of Faro near the Cathedral. Typical rustic Portuguese restaurant and very reasonably priced. The seafood cataplana was exquisite and although for 2 people it woukd easily feed 3 or 4. Highly recommended
