Booked my service online and was asked if I wanted a courtesy car. I ticked the box, but when I turned up, there were no cars available, so I was driven to the nearest shopping centre and told I would just have to wait. The car was ready 5 hours later, but the broken door protector had not been replaced because they had to order the part, despite my telling the receptionist on the phone one week in advance that the part was broken and would need replacing. They put the car through what must have been a very cheap - or broken - carwash, because the wheels had not been cleaned and the roof antenna was left in the driver's door for me to replace. They sent me a video of them inspecting the car on the ramp half way through, while I was hanging around at the shopping centre, but this kind of customer attention amounts to nought, if they continue to fail to get the important things right. Typical half-arsed approach to business. Fortunately, the service intervals are 2 years!

I have never had such a bad service anywhere related to car. They did not know how to read the engine number and they refuse to ask Ford for help. They simply refuse to assist in resolving the issues around importing a Ford, even though they are representing Ford. If I where Ford I would look for another company as local representative. This of course I cannot buy a Ford again while living in southern Portugal, not as long as Fiaal is their local rep. Why is it not possible to give 0 in rating?
