I always like what I get at Tim's, most especially the coffee, but availability is not so good. At my last visit, only 1 item was available out of four, although a second was ready by the time they prepared the other substitutions.
Let me preface this review by saying that I absolutely love the Tim Horton's franchise. This establishment in Farnham, however, has been some of the worst customer service and even worse coffee and breakfast sandwiches. My girlfriend lives in Farnham and I stop here frequently hoping that something has changed. Alas, it has not. The coffee is never made to my order, the food is ALWAYS cold and stale, and there is never any sense of urgency or pride in their customer service. I hope this review is read by the owner of this franchise and the headquarters above them so something will change. If not, I fear that I will never eat at a Tim Hortons again; regardless of location or my need for a coffee.
Very nice
I love the tim horton cappucino ice coffee but each time i go there its always something missing almost. Very disappointed. I always use the drive in. Little suggestion always look at what the give u before u drive forward to make sure it what u want.
I know it ridiculous to rate a Tim Hortons but this one deserves it.... Staff is awful. Every single time I come here it takes hours to get m order. The manager really need to find better employees!
I will never get the love for this place. The coffee isn't that good and the food is even worse. It is convenient because they are everywhere but that is about it. A onion bagel toasted with cream cheese is my go to but that is when I am desperate.
I dont know who is the Manager but he should retrained his employee. The worse service I had in that place. I ask for 2 coffees, 1 sugar 1 cream and 2 sugar 2 cream. When he served them I ask which is which and his response was “uhhhh the one that tast more sugary will be the double double!!!...”... Then my friend ask for a Latte and he forgot to put the coffee in it, she returned it and it took more then 30 minutes to get the proper order. 8 months ago the sofa where all ripped up and they still the same. Got to the bathroom and no more toilet paper, ask for some and they never took the time to put some in!!! MANAGER DO YOUR JOB AND TRAIN THOSE EMPLOYEE PROPERLY!!!
