Charlotte’s Hatha yoga classes have become a fixed part of my weekly life. The class is extremely rewarding & therapeutic on so many levels and leaves me feeling mentally and physically in tune with my body, as well as calm & energised. It provides me with stress busting techniques that can be used outside of the class. Charlotte is great fun & an excellent teacher - full of wisdom beyond her years. I wish I had time to attend more than twice a week!

Both 30min weight and Body conditioning & Stretch are lovely classes. I've never returned to an exercise class since school and nearly 1 year later, i'm still going. Weight class is great for working the body, combined with conditioning & Stretch makes my body feel the best it has in a long time. Setting me up mentally and physically for the week ahead. Naz is a fantastic teacher, considering all abilities, while also pushing you. Such a comfortable class and highly recommend to all!!

I have been going to the well being space for the last few years. It is a friendly and welcoming studio. I particularly enjoy the Pilates class which is run by Nas, she is an excellent teacher, she clearly explains and demonstrates what she wants us to do as well as giving 1:1 help when needed. I have also recently joined the weight foundation class, which again is run by Nas and is great too. I really like the small classes and flexibility of booking online as well as cancelling if needed.
