I had no prior experience of log burners and the people here went to great lengths to explain all of my options. Thanks to their advice and patience I ended up opting for a very different burner to the one I had originally chosen and I'm so glad I did. They really know what they're talking about! They were professional from my first experience in the showroom all the way through to installation. I discovered this is a small family run business and that's reflected in the care and obvious pride they take in their work. Thanks Southern Counties - I absolutely love my log burner!

on calling to ask about flue hetus certificate i was told no one will sign off some one else work .after other questions ref the flue the chap got very high rate and put the phone down .not very good business ethics in this day and age .not a company to recommend. Thumbs down!!!

Farnham Stoves were excellent. They arrived on time and were extremely personable and professional. The Clearview they had recommended is the perfect size and looks really good. They explained the usage and best way to operate the wood burner very thoroughly. I would highly recommend them. Absolutely first class service.
