We sold our property through Hamptons and Riccardo was our key contact throughout the process. From the initial meeting to the day we moved Riccardo was totally in control and went above and beyond to ensure the chain kept moving in the right direction. Riccardo's communication skills were great and even when situations arose, out of our his remit he would ensure he did as much as he could to help. I would also like to mention James and Karen for all they did when Riccardo had a well deserved week off. Hamptons international (‘ Fronted by’ ) Riccardo & Karen, made the transition smooth....... from the day we did our viewing, and having the immediate back up , with the professional, glossy sales literature, To the professional, and technically adept approach, They helped us formulate our Offer,and helped secure our purchase . ( Also aware of our predicament in selling OURS and their ( hidden control) over proceedings..... Communication in all of these aspects , happened on a daily basis Which also underpinned our secure feelings.. Thank You Jean & Mick Shouldn’t say this( but I will) Hamptons “fed me a line of 5 people to Help me Convert our ‘ Bath Room’ ,{not all at same time} Into a Shower-room.. (We were panicking) to say the least,, As - - obviously didn’t know anyone in this Area.. We decided to look at the nearest(obviously) Which worked And Although Hamptons can’t * underwrite* or * Qualify* Or even Recommend a particular trade... I would just like to say A BIG THANK YOU.. for Yet Again- - completing the task.. Hamptons provided a fantastic service from start to finish. Riccardo managed the process brilliantly and went above and beyond to ensure all parties were communicating and that the sale could progress as quickly and smoothly as possible. He's a fantastic communicator and always made himself available to give advice and help us to resolve issues with our solicitor. We've realised how important it is to have an excellent estate agent when there are so many moving parts. We can't thank Hamptons enough. They are by far the best Estate Agents we've ever worked with!
Hamptons managed our house purchase and from start to finish they were professional, approachable and knowledgeable. Riccardo in particular was brilliant - he knew exactly where the transaction was in the process, knew who to chase and when and provided a huge amount of support and guidance on the next steps to get the move over the line. I hope we won't be moving any time again soon but if we do then we will definitely use Hamptons.
Have used Hamptons in Farnham a number of time and have always found them to friendly , professional and willing to go that little bit extra to get things done. Ricardo was always enthusiastic and kept us informed regularly through the sale process. Nigel also deserves a special mention for his support and help along the way. Would thoroughly recommend them!
