Thank you to Badshot Lea Van hire again for your service. I have been using them regularly now for over 15 years both professionally and personally. I have always found them friendly, fair and efficient from the moment of making a booking to the hand over and return of the vehicle. It's a bit like car insurance. We all want the cheapest but when we have an issue we wished we opted for the more reliable and professional company. Badshot Lea Self Drive are just that. Reliable and professional when you need them yet their prices are also very competitive too. Certainly compared to some other rental companies I've dealt with. They're definitely my first choice when it comes to van hire.

Being a wedding florist, we often require extra space or refrigerated vans to transport big flower designs to local venues. I have been regularly hiring from Badshot Lea for over 5 years now and they never disappoint! The vans are always spotless and run well, the staff are friendly and helpful and they have always helped me out on last minute occasions with van hire. Booking a hire van is easy and simple and can be booked over the phone or on the website. The staff make the process of picking up the van very smooth. Filling out the hire documents is quick and uncomplicated and you find yourself driving away in the van within a few minutes of arriving onsite. A few years ago, I bought a pre used hire van from Badshot Lea which we use as our company vehicle and a camper van - its still running really well. I couldn't fault Badshot Lea Self Drive and have highly recommended them to friends and family - a great company.

From initial call, explanation of competitive hire options and rates to booking, pick up and return (yesterday) I found the service offered professional and just what was required. The van was a brand new 70 plate LWB high top and it was a pleasure drive. The information provided by the Badshot team was comprehensive and very useful - particularly re extra mileage and fuel. The drop off and return was very quick and easy. All together an excellent experience. I will certainly be using BLVH again.

We were initially very happy with the service when we first booked. Good price, collected the van easily and moved a few things from my mums house to our new home. We then went to drop the van back and scratched it a little on the way out of our new driveway. It was a superficial scratch which wouldn’t have costed much at all yet we were told it would cost 760. On the same day, my dad hired a van from a different company to drop some things at our new home which was cheaper and the van itself was older and already covered in scratches and dents, cost less and did the job just the same! Next time I will either use a different company or just hire a man and a van as it cost A LOT more than we’d budgeted for or could afford in the end for a minor accident.
