Love it here! Really happy to have spotted this new coworking space in town while simply walking down the street, and grateful to have such a nice place to work from in Farnham. I usually commute to London but this has been a game changer for me, really nice people and I love all the windows for natural light too. Tea, coffee, power outlets, plants, blue sofas.... it's perfect :)

Clean, contemporary and well lit meeting space. We use it on a regular basis and everyone comments on how lovely it is. Plus Paul is great at making everyone feel welcome :)
Great place, we booked two dedicated desks for a month and found them to be absolutely perfect. The office is very clean and bright, and we found it easy to concentrate on our work. We had 24/7 access, fast internet, lockers, unlimited tea and coffee, and fridges all included in the price, which cost less in total than competing spaces in Farnham. The team are very nice and helpful too. I would have no hesitation about booking at 10UCL again should the need arise!
10 UCL is perfectly located in central Farnham. It provides a lovely workspace with great natural light and very comfortable desk areas. I particularly like the standing desk option. I run my small business from home and love being able to distance myself from home, dog, laundry etc and get some serious work done in a professional environment. Fast broadband connection, free tea/coffee and a very friendly welcome. Highly recommended!
I was looking for flexible hot-desks and meeting rooms I could use when I need more facilities and space than my home office provides. Having used a few similar facilities I was very impressed by the offering from 10UCL. Broadband was fast and reliable, staff were great, refreshments were readily available and the office itself looks very professional. It proved to be a great place to host meetings and a very pleasant place to work. I have been back several times since my first trip and will continue to use it from now on.
