A great place to practice, the guys running it are brilliant.

Pretty rough and grimy, and gets very hot during hot weather. That said, some decent gear and the price is right. Has that authentic poor-musos-looking-for-a-break feel to it. Not for your affluent, latte-sipping millenials.
