A great place to practice, the guys running it are brilliant.

Pretty rough and grimy, and gets very hot during hot weather. That said, some decent gear and the price is right. Has that authentic poor-musos-looking-for-a-break feel to it. Not for your affluent, latte-sipping millenials.
Amazing facilities at a reasonable price
Great rehearsal and recording space, friendly folks too.
Yes it's an awesome rehearsal space, but where do you get offered midnight somosas at the end of a session? I'll tell you where, the Rooms.
