Staff was helpful, efficient, and pleasant. There's a lift at the back of the store for customers with disabilities or those with prams. The accessible parking spaces which are supposed to be reserved for customers with disabilities were being abused by lazy able-bodied people but that's not the store's fault: just be aware that if you have a disabled person's blue badge you may have difficulty parking in a suitable space. Back in the store, we found most of the items we went there to purchase and the prices were very good.

Massive store, ample car park, reasonably priced products and super value for money. However, if you are looking to get help with bikes/workshop or any technical issues then ask for Steven. He has been nothing but superbly helpful on multiple occasions. Steven not only helped me choose my first ever road bike but also assisted me sorting the issue with the bike (bought from a different store). He is ever so knowledgeable, professional, courteous and yet very friendly. I live in Windsor and we have a store just 5 mins away however I drove all the way to Farnborough just because of the customer service I received over the phone from Steven. I am very happy with the bike and I am over the moon with the customer service provided by Steven. Go and visit their store. It’s an Apple store of sports.

Steven in the bike department is very lovely. He helped us to fix a bike for our elderly father who uses it daily during Lockdown. Very knowledgeable and friendly and good value. Would recommend them to others.

Firstly the shop shuts at 4pm not 5pm on a Sunday as stated online. Used to love this store but now would totally avoid. The shop is a total mess. Stock all over the place and in wrong areas. I understand there is supply issues globally at the moment but this shop had a HUGE issue on most cycleling equipment and clothing. The items they did have were left in an absolute mess, no size order, stuff on the floor. If you did find what you were after there wasn't any price tags on most of the displays. Was a disgusting experience. To top it off, security guard followed us round the shop, presumably because we were in the shop so long trying to rummage through the messy displays and look online for the prices of items. Never again.
