Basic shop but with a really good range. I recommend their estaurant quality\ range which is inexpensive and tasty. Staff are usually nice but be warned that the parking lot is too small when the gyms are in session.

Love this shop. Many great bargains and happy friendly staff.
Good prices, though sometimes you have to keep your eye on the quality. The place isn't big, so SD is a bit difficult at busy times. There are sometimes astonishingly low prices on selected items, and for frozen food, with a small range of tinned stuff and sweets, it's excellent.
Staff are particularly helpful and store is generally near empty mornings & 4pm/8pm. Store is well stocked & has too offers. Prices are lower than many other Ashford stores.
