They actually care about their employees and have them in booths and before that they had visors on. More than I can say for most other supermarkets around Cross Hands. Like a beacon in the darkness of the apathy most stores show to hard science and facts. Also the food is good and reasonably priced. Some fantastic deals to be had.

Food there is great! But the staff... Why is it when there's a long que, the cashier looks to see that there's a long que, but do they call someone else to open another till? Hahahaha no! Oh no they rather just let the que build up, only when do a few people walk out, surprise surprise they call someone to open another till, no wonder not many go there anymore. Is there any need to leave empty boxes on the freezer tops after they've restocked and their trolleys blocking the Isles so no one can get to what they want? Sure we can easily push them out of the way, but is it not the staff's responsibility to make sure the isles are clear so no one will trip?? Or is that too much work for them to take the trolleys back to the back of the store? Heck it must be, they keep leaving the trolleys and boxes on the floor and freezer tops

Went with sole purpose of filing freezer ready for Christmas. Got loads of dessert ready if we can have family over

I've never had any problems WITH this store. The staff are friendly & helpful.
