They send vouchers every month through the post or you can download online. Great discounts for eg save 5 pound when you spend 50 which is easily done as they keep lots of frozen stuff as well as usual things you buy in bulk for the family. My new favourite

Better than the last time I went at start of covid which was MANIC! Hardly anyone in so straightforward visit. Didn't have my favourite crisps in stock but picked up huge tray eggs for 50p so can't grumble! Not a bad shop, some frozen items a bit more priceier than they previously were...but some fab deals on other stuff too so 3 out of 5 for me.
Been to a number of farmfoods over the years but this one is by far the best. The nicest, friendliest and most helpful staff I have encountered. Management should be proud. This is not a one off but on a consistent basis. Feels like there is more staff there than the average farmfoods so maybe the pressure is less. Makes all the difference I think.
Excellent customer service and a massive range of items to choose from.staff in the ormesby branch deserve praise for the customer service skills they show and give.
Good value for money Aisles could be a bit wider- diffuculty getting trollies past at each end of the shop
