I am not a happy camper! I went in today to close my life insurance policy. It was a very poor policy. It's been in effect since 1978. Brian got angry when I complained about the results on money it earned. I would of thought that he would of called me and offered a better policy. I guess I did not understand he doesn't care about my well being!

The service from your agency was supreme! Even though we walked in the door late on a Friday afternoon after my accident, the first concern was if I was alright, then the information was gathered and the ball started rolling. The paperwork process and timeline of events were explained and questions were answered in a well-informed manner. Visits back to the office with questions and paperwork were always answered and taken care of in a timely manner. The whole process from start to finish was professionally handled.
