I’m not usually parted with money quite so quickly, however today was an exception. I had done some research on lawn mowers but was far from ready to commit. Having travelled to Bridgnorth I was met by a very pleasant lady and her colleague on sales. Pressure didn’t exist, however knowledge on the brands they sell was first rate. All avenues were covered, however I decided to buy new instead of having my old machine repaired. If my new Honda mower performs as well as I expect it to, todays visit will have been very worth while. Thank you Farm & Garden.

I purchased ride on mower few years ago and been using them since for pretty much all my large domestic gardening needs. Always great service, very friendly, used them for several years would highly recommended.
I’ve been using Neil and the team for several years and have to say that they look after me very well with good advice and assistance. I’ve just bought an Iseki compact tractor from them and have received a cracking deal and ongoing support. I recommend them to anyone for garden machinery sales and also machinery servicing
Dropped mower in on Monday (to be fixed and serviced). Picked it up on Thursday - as promised. Quick turnaround, helpful service, good job done. Top of my list for garden machinery!!
Awful customer service and very slow to turn a job around, had my mower 2 months all told and lied about ringing me. Avoid. I note their, response to my review and let my reputation as a fair and hones guide speak for itself. As an additional note I paid nearly 300 for the service and did not complain at the cost precisely because it is an older model, at no point was I told that it would take a long time, largely because at no time was I ever updated on progress. I collected my mower and did about 3 yards of mowing before it failed, back to them once more and another month with no contact. No new partsduring this period of time and certainly no phone call, if they are so confident that they called me why did they not leave a message?. Just very slack and unhelpful attitude when I called them and went to collect. I do not like to give bad reviews but what else can I do with such poor service.
